Why the research community and development NGOs?

Dave Thomas, owner of The Golden Thread, holds a PhD in entomology and has worked in science communication since 2001, helping academics, research institutions, and research-driven companies to publish project results, obtain grants, inspire stakeholders and raise public awareness.

However, Dave is also passionate about social justice. So since 2006, he has assisted development NGOs with their strategic communication  by clarifying complex development challenges, inspiring action for social change, and connecting diverse voices across cultures and communities.
